Do you work on weekends?

We work Weekends, Weekdays, and Most Holidays.

Can I change the frequency you come after I sign up?

Of course! If you want us to come less often, we’ll refund the difference. Need us more? You’ll just pay the difference.

Is it possible to have you come just one extra day?

That’s not a problem. We’ll charge you for one scoop based on the frequency you have us come out divided by your monthly charge.

If I need to change the day you scoop, can you accommodate me?

we can accommodate most date changes immediately, some accommodations will require a little more time,

I’m going on vacation and the dogs aren’t there, can you skip me this week?

Yes, we can skip you this week. You won’t be charged for that week depending on how many days before you notify us
